13 years at Bureau Veritas doing industrial audit and ESG compliance trained me to find the gap between what was reported and what was real. When I turned that lens on Indian agriculture, I found ₹50,000 crore lost every year — not from bad farming. From bad data.
No one knew what was happening at field level. Forecasts were too broad. Soil temperature, crop stress — invisible. The system was flying blind. Farmers paid with their futures.

Family saw a resignation letter and a cracked laptop. A man in his thirties. No co-founder. No investors. No office. Just a mission that sounded like a dream to everyone who heard it.
I understood their fear. But I had seen those audit numbers. I knew the scale. And every night I kept building — on that broken screen, across late nights, across the silence of people who thought I had lost my mind.

"AgriTech has a graveyard of well-funded startups. What makes you different?"
Investors who had burned money on AgriTech. Advisors who said skip the farmer entirely — sell data to banks. Every pitch ended the same way: the problem is real, the business model is too hard.
What they couldn't see yet: the AI that warns a smallholder about cotton blight in Bhojpuri is the same engine that generates a carbon audit for a multinational bank. Same intelligence layer. Completely different clients.
B2C farmer app + B2B enterprise analytics = same 56-engine AI stack. Two markets. One platform.
